How and Where do we order?
The Gevalia® Lifestyle Gift Card is distributed exclusively by NouveautesUSA and is not available anywhere else.  Please contact one of our sales consultants at 973 882 8850.  We’ll be glad to send you out and order form and our sales package.

How are the cards paid for?
Since the card is a cash equivalent, the card must be totally prepaid before issuing, by check, wire transfer or money order.

What is the minimum amount and denomination we can purchase?
The Gevalia® Lifestyle Gift Card is only for the promotion and incentive industry and
There is a minimum purchase amount of $1,000 at any one time. The smallest value card is $10.  It is available starting at $10 and increasing at $5 a unit up to $100, then $125, $250 and $500.

Is there a discount on larger purchases?
Yes, call for further information on volume discounts

How is the card delivered?
The cards are delivered in bulk with a copy of the newest catalog inside a gift envelope.  They are sent via a traceable shipping method – ie. UPS Ground, or via FedEx or DHL expedited service.  There is a related nominal delivery charge..

How long does it take to receive the cards?
The normal time is 1-2 weeks for processing.  This can be expedited for a small Rush Charge and can be done within 2-3 business days.  Add on to that time, expedited shipping.

How is it redeemed?
See redemption information above.

Is the card active?
Yes.  It arrives ready to use. 

Can it be replaced if lost?
If lost or damaged, it will be replaced upon presentation of proof of purchase and proper identification; however, only the value remaining on the card at the it is reissued, will be replaced.  We are not responsible for unauthorized use.

What is the term? Does it loose value?
There is no term and the card does not lose value, nor is it charged dormancy or inactivity fees over time.

Can we put our logo or customize the card?
Yes.  There is place in the upper corner to add a logo, message or even photo.  There is a nominal charge for this and it may add a few days to the production time.  Only the regular minimum price and order quantity restrictions apply.

If we order the card and merchandise combinations, how does it arrive?
Each of our card and merchandise combinations are shipped together with the card package shipped in bulk with the merchandise.  Drop shipping is available with some restrictions.  Call to inquire.

How can we advertise the use of it for a contest, incentive or other promotion?
